Commercial deep cleaning · Tampa Bay

Go beyond the routine. Get the details handled.

More than a routine visit

When the normal checklist does not reach far enough.

Busy spaces collect buildup in corners, along edges and in areas that are difficult to reach during daily service. A deep cleaning project gives your manager a chance to address those priorities with dedicated time and equipment.

We look at the space first, identify surfaces and access requirements, then agree on the work before scheduling a crew.

Every proposal spells out included areas, tasks and timing. Specialized work is quoted separately when needed.

Build the right scope

What should this project actually cover?

The answer depends on the facility. These are common areas to review during your walkthrough.

01 / SURFACES

High-touch and shared areas

Doors, counters, fixtures and frequently used spaces, with the method matched to each surface.

02 / DETAIL WORK

Edges and overlooked areas

Baseboards, accessible vents, corners and the buildup that standard visits may leave behind.

03 / FLOORS

Traffic-worn surfaces

Identify whether detailed floor cleaning, scrubbing or a separate restoration service makes sense.

04 / RESTROOMS

High-use facilities

Focus on fixtures, partitions, touchpoints and buildup in areas your visitors notice.

05 / BREAKROOMS

Staff and customer spaces

Review accessible counters, appliances, tables and other surfaces included in the agreed plan.

06 / SPECIAL PROJECTS

One-time reset

Prepare for a turnover, seasonal reset, reopening or a more demanding cleaning window.

Where it works

Built for the spaces that cannot pause.

Offices

Refresh shared workspaces, restrooms and high-contact areas without disrupting the workday.

02

Medical offices

Plan around room access and site requirements; agree on appropriate tasks before work begins.

03

Retail properties

Give entrances, customer areas and back-of-house spaces focused attention.

04

Restaurants

Review guest spaces and accessible kitchen surfaces as a separately defined project.

Common questions

Know what you are booking.

We determine the scope on-site so the proposal reflects your space and your priorities.

Is deep cleaning the same as recurring janitorial service?

No. Deep cleaning is an intensive, defined project. Recurring janitorial service follows an agreed schedule and routine task list. We can plan both if your facility needs them.

Can you work outside business hours?

We discuss after-hours options during the walkthrough and confirm the available window in the proposal.

Do you include kitchens and specialized floor work?

We can review accessible kitchen areas and commercial floors. Equipment, exhaust systems, strip and wax, or other specialist work must be identified and quoted in the written scope.

How is the price determined?

Pricing depends on area, condition, access, requested tasks and scheduling. A walkthrough helps us give you an accurate scope and quote.

Time for a focused reset?

Tell us which areas need deeper attention and when your facility is available. We will discuss a walkthrough and a written proposal.
