These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Cronos Cleaning Services LLC (“Cronos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By expressly agreeing to receive text messages from Cronos, you accept these terms.
Program Name and Purpose
The program is called Cronos Appointment Confirmations. It provides one-to-one transactional appointment confirmations and customer-care follow-ups related to commercial cleaning inquiries, walkthroughs, estimates, callback requests, and existing service communications. It is not used to send third-party marketing.
How You Opt In
You may opt in by checking the optional, unchecked text-message consent box when submitting a request through our website, or by giving explicit verbal consent during a telephone call with Cronos after we ask whether you want an appointment confirmation by text. We send appointment-related messages only after receiving that consent. You may submit a service request or book an appointment without consenting to text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requested services. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Cronos does not charge a separate fee for receiving these messages.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To receive messages again, you must provide consent again.

Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.

Our handling of personal information, mobile numbers, and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information for third-party marketing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
